Nikita Cherniadev

Senior simulation engineer at NVIDIA GEAR, building simulation infrastructure for embodied AI and robot foundation models. Working across robotics and VR/AR since 2016, when I started experimenting with the Oculus DK2 and Leap Motion for VR gaming projects.

Recent work includes simulation infrastructure for GR00T and sim-and-real robot learning. Before NVIDIA, developed simulation platforms for robot learning at Dyson using MuJoCo and Unity, like the BiGym.

Before that, developed VR training simulators for bank security personnel, and earlier, worked on making industrial robot programming easier at the Native Robotics start-up.
